I had a request from Xiuling who wanted some cupcakes for a football fan. However, rather than the usual football cupcakes i’ve been doing, she wanted the cupcakes to include some other items which go with watching a football game! So this became a football themed cupcake with a twist.
The cupcakes basically include beer and a guy watching a football game on tv. I decided to make him look as if he was shouting GOAL when the tv screen had a GOAL sign plus… what’s football without a couple of beers right?
I liked the end result of the cupcakes and hoped Xiuling liked it to since she gave me the inspiration for the cupcake idea!

Kek Lee asked if i could do some simple cupcakes for her. She wanted some Mickey themed cupcakes but had managed to purchase some Mickey toppers for the cupcakes, so all i had to do was just the cupcakes. I tried to make the cupcake swirls colourful to match the little toppers.. so i hope Kek Lee liked the end result

I’ve been dying to do some sesame street cupcakes for the longest time and i finally had the opportunity when Cheryl contacted me.
She wanted some sesame street cupcakes and these were what i came up with. She let me know later on that the cupcakes were very well received by the little children which just made my day

Nancy contacted me some time back and asked if i could do some cupcakes for her to celebrate her baby’s first month.
She had done her research and found some cupcakes that she liked, so she sent me the pictures and asked if i could do the cupcakes similar to those in the picture. These were what the final cupcakes looked like.. aren’t they just adorable!

Kimarie asked if i could do some Heffalump cupcakes for her. Yup.. just lumpy and no other Disney characters.
I said sure and after doing some research on the different positions that i could do Heffalump in, i started molding the little toppers. I decided to use a yellow base colour for the cupcakes to bring out the Heffalump figurines and i thought these looked really cute Hope you guys enjoyed looking at the cupcakes too!

My cousin’s daughters birthday was coming up and she (the daughter not my cousin :p) is crazy about the Thumbelina Barbie. So of course, my cousin asked if i could do a Thumbelina cake and some cupcakes in the same theme for her.
After doing some research, i said no problem and decided to do a Thumbelina cake with lots of flowers and little fantasy bugs. I also decided to try something new and decided to try something new for the wings. I wanted the wings to glitter but realised only later that i couldn’t add the glitter after the wings were dry.. so next time i’ll definitely add the edible glitter when the wings are still wet.
I thought the cake and cupcakes turned out well.. and hope Rachel and her little friends liked the cake and cupcakes!!

I received an e-mail from Michelle asking if i could do a Pooh and friends cake with the characters Pooh, Tigger, Piglet and Eeyore on the cake. In addition, she also wanted some cupcakes in a similar theme.
After some discussion, we decided on the following designs for the cupcakes – butterflies, bees and ladybugs. Well i won’t say more and i’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

As per the title, please be warned, these cupcakes are really x-rated… so make sure there are no kids around yah I haven’t figured out a way to censor the cupcakes unless someone clicks on it to view it.. so if any savvy people out there know how i can go about doing that, do let me know!
I had gotten this request from Nadia who wanted some x-rated naughty cupcakes for Thomas… she had done some research about the cupcake designs she wanted and asked if i could do something similar. She had seen some of the other naughty cupcakes i had previously made, but she wanted something different.
After some discussions these were the cupcakes i came out with. I know it’s a little risque but i think Nadia loved them and i am assuming Thomas would have had a blast with these cupcakes as well!

Simon had seen some of my Thomas train cakes on my website and asked if i could do a similar cake for his son. As i wanted something a little different from the other Thomas train cakes i’d done previously, i decided to set the trains on a blue based background with little clouds all over the cake and little rolling green hills on the side of the cake. The train toppers i made on the top were of Percy and James since these 2 were Ansel’s favourite characters.

Simon had asked me to include the rail road crossing sign as well.. but i had to do it out of paper and that wasn’t edible :p
In addition to the cake, Simon also asked if i could do some cupcakes for him, following the same theme… i of course said no problem. However, since cost was a factor, we agreed that instead of 3d trains on each of the cupcakes, i would do 2D faces of the trains as the cupcake topper instead.
These were how they turned out. The cupcakes included Thomas, Percy and James. Don’t they look cheery and bright I had a fun time thinking up various expressions for the faces and having each of the cupcakes with their eyes looking in different directions. Cute aren’t they

Evelyn wanted something special for her friend Charles for his birthday.. and since he is a basketball fan, she asked if i could do some basketball cupcakes for her.. but she wanted me to include Kobe’s basketball shoes and Kobe as one of the toppers for the cupcakes.
I said no problem.. although due to the size of the toppers i of course wouldn’t be able to capture his splitting image.. but she said so long as it looks ok.. she was fine with it. Isn’t she nice
Anyway, these were what the final cupcakes looked like. I loved the colour combination
