Karen contacted me sometime back based on a recommendation from a friend and asked if i could do some “Thank You” cupcakes for her each individually packed.

After some discussion, we settled on the design and out i went to get hold of individual boxes to hold the cupcakes. I’ve been searching for a very long time for ready made boxes that i could buy that i could use to package the cupcakes individually. Lucky for me, i finally managed to find a place that sold boxes small enough to hold just 1 single cupcake! Yay!!!

 

Well the cupcakes were relatively simple in design with the words “Thank You” piped onto the cupcake done up in various colours. But i do think that my piping skills have improved a lot since the last time i made these cupcakes As for packing the cupcakes, i thought that each of them looked like a mini cake once they were snuggled into their little boxes. So cute

Hopefully Karen and her friends that were receiving the cupcakes liked them and have as fun a time eating it as i had making them
