Ribbons and birds mini cupcakes
Winnie my cousin who i had made the very first Winnie the Pooh cupcakes for in an earlier post recommended her friend Brenaline to me during a recent gathering.
So Brenaline contacted me and asked if i could do some cupcakes for her daughter’s 2nd birthday for a mini celebration with the playgroup class. As she wanted something relatively simple that would still appeal to both the boys and the girls, we came up with some mini cupcakes that had lovely swirls of frosting topped with a little ribbon or little bird for the children. The cupcakes with the little birds had a blue swirl while the cupcakes with a ribbon had a pink swirl and of course all the cupcakes would be decorated with some sprinkles to make them more colourful and fun
I thought these cupcakes turned out really cute and i hope the children liked them as much as i did
